If a product is found to be defective with 30 days from the day the items are shipped, we will repair or replace the defective items at the company expense. Additionally, we will pay shipping charges to return the remade product to you. Valid claims will be at the sole discretion of The Wool Bed Company™. Customers will pay to return products found not to be defective. NOTE: Wool is a natural fiber and can level up to 3in or 30% in shipment and to your weight.

To return an order you must have a "RMA NUMBER" on the outside of box, if there isn't one on the box it will be refused. All products are custom handmade to order - no returns without authorization.
