I just had the most delightful online shopping experience ever and feel compelled to share it. After doing quite a bit of research I decided that a wool stuffed mattress would take the place of my aging inner spring mattress with pillow top and The Wool Bed Company™ had the best products in the marketplace. Even though her website advertises that customers can call the listed number and speak directly with the owner, I was still surprised when Susan actually did answer the phone when I called. After regaining my composure I presented Susan with a list of items that I intended to order. As we discussed each item and price, Susan thought a minute and then suggested that if I change my order, but would actually receive more items than I had originally intended to buy to buy. How could I pass up a deal like that? When was the last time you bought something online, or at a brick and mortar store and actually did business with the owner of the store who told you how to buy more of his/her products while paying less than you had intended to pay? It just doesn’t happen. I believe my experience is a reflection of Susan's character which is exemplified by her integrity and desire to offer the best product at a reasonable price. I'm convinced that with such outstanding customer service, The Wool Bed Company™ will remain the number one wool stuffed mattress company for a long time. Thank you Susan for a pleasurable ordering experience. P.S. after I have had time to receive and evaluate my purchase of a Signature mattress, standard topper, wool protector pad, organic cotton sheet set, soft pillows, neck rolls and both the summer and winter comforters, I will post an update so that others may learn from my experience.
